Preserving Chichester Harbour for Future Generations
The Lordship of the Manor of Bosham predates 1066 and its history is intertwined with that of the village of Bosham. Today the Manor of Bosham, together with the Crown Estate, owns the majority of Chichester Harbour’s seabed and foreshores. The Manor also owns Bosham Quay & most of the moorings in Bosham Channel. The Manor of Bosham works in partnership with Chichester Harbour Conservancy to deliver services to the harbour community and the general public.
We have 266 moorings in Bosham Channel providing full and part tide access for a variety of boats. Visitor moorings are available, with a weekend ferry service for easy access. Red tenders are available and located by the Quay office.
This beautiful historic Quay, with two slipways, offers a safe and interesting haven for visiting boats, dinghies, kayaks and paddle boards.
