Bosham Channel Moorings

We offer safe & accessible moorings in the beautiful setting of Bosham with views of the South Downs. The moorings are managed by The Manor of Bosham and maintained by Chichester Harbour Conservancy to a high standard and are checked weekly.

  • Hard & inflatable tender storage and secure outboard storage on Quay.

Our interactive map (new for 2025!) allows you to view the location of any Manor of Bosham mooring.

  • Click the icon in the top right of the map to open the map in a new window.
  • On the left hand side, find your mooring category, e.g "B3".
  • Expand the category and locate your mooring number, e.g "BM0103 B3".
  • Click on your mooring number and the map will show you it's location.
  • Note that within each mooring category, moorings are sorted in date order, with premium moorings together at the bottom of the category.

MOORING CHARGES

Maintained Moorings (inclusive of VAT)

1 April to 31 October. Winter stays inclusive by arrangement.


Inclusive benefits for all "maintained" BM and BP-M moorings: 

  • Use of ferry 7 days a week during Jul & Aug (see ferry timetable), weekends & bank holidays during Apr, May, June, Sept, Oct. 
  • Short stay in Bosham Quay around high tide with access to water and electric (by arrangement).
  • Use of concrete pad in the Quay for scrubbing at low tide (please book). 
  • Regular mooring checks by our Quay Team.


We also offer winter storage for smaller vessels (additional charges apply).

All Tide Moorings

A2 All Tide

from £2,349

Vessels 9 to 14 metres 

Charged at £261 per metre (eg A 9 metre yacht would be £2349)

Minimum charge 9 metres

Inclusive for A2 only:

  • hard shell tender berth on foreshore and outboard storage 
  • pre-book pick up service within operating hours (best endeavours of ferry skipper!)
  • tender placement on your mooring if you expect to arrive back outside normal ferry operating times  

A3 (Premium) All Tide

from £2,070

Vessels 6.01 to 9 metres. Charged at £276 per metre.

Minimum charge 7.5 metres

A3 All Tide

Vessels 6.01 to 9 metres. Charged at £261 per metre.

Maintained Three Quarter Tide Moorings

01 April to 31 October.

B3 (Premium)

Vessels 6.01 to 9 metres.  Charged at £183 per metre. Minimum charge 7.5 metres.

Private Moorings (inclusive of VAT)

1 Apr to 31 Mar. Maintenance at the site licence holder's expense. Prices set by Chichester Harbour Conservancy.
